(More customer reviews)My wife is pregnant, and she can't take most medicine, but she was told by the folks at the Birthing Center that arnicare is okay to take, so we bought some.
It smells like rotting vegitables, so be aware of that, but she says it works.
Aside from the smell, it's a little greasy, but you should wash your hands anyway. If you're pregnant, or if your just a hippie who is into homeopathic medicine, my wife says it works.

(More customer reviews)Our beloved long-haired Akita had come down with an ailment that our vet gave us a grim prognosis for (euthanize) our boy. My hubby and I did not want to even consider it as an alternative. We did a lot of online research.
There was a terrific article written by a German Akita owner, Michael Rampack. His Akita had come down with Sebaceous Adenitis (per his vet) which had the same symptoms that our boy was suffering with ... and had been given the same prognosis.
Mr. Rampack came up with his own homeopathic treatment for his Akita. We decided to try it. The Calendula Gel improved our boy's conditions and symptoms so well that we took him off all the vet recommended steroids, etc. Our Akita is doing great with the use of the Calendula Gel.

(More customer reviews)I had a laser vein procedure which causes severe bruising afterwards. I had the first leg done without using this product, and had bruising which was very painful and long lasting, several weeks after the procedure. For the second leg I started taking the pellets 2 days before the procedure, then for as long as the bruising continued thereafter, plus used the gel directly on the bruising and was amazed to find 1. much less bruising resulted, 2. the bruising that I did have was less painful 3. the bruising went away much more quickly. This is good stuff!

(More customer reviews)I have used this stuff for a few years, mostly for bruises, but when I broke my big toe it really seemd to help it heal very quickly,not just clearing the blood under the nail, (which I didn't loose), but helped with the pain. It also seemed to help with a case of tendonitis I had in my ankle. Its non greasy. It works so well that when my 8 yr old smashed his finger while working he wouldn't let me put it on because he didn't want it to make his "trophy" go away before his buddies could see it!

(More customer reviews)This product is awesome. It's topical..clear, does not smell or stain. It reduces inflammation from bruises, muscle/joint strain, swelling and arthritis. It's also very effective in preventing bruising if applied when the bump or injury happens. Apply it on existing bruises and they fade fast. My husband has very fragile skin due to steroid (prednisone) and he uses this product regularly with great results. I used it to control swelling and pain from a wrenched ankle. Can't say enough good things about it..And Boericke & Tafel's arnica is the best on the market!

(More customer reviews)I purchased this for my baby based on my experience over the years with the Wellness formula for adults. My family uses Wellness formula at the onset of a cold and never get sick. I only give it to my baby if she is getting sick to boost her immune system. If I remember correctly, they recommend using 3x per day if your child is sick and about 1x day for everyday use. As for taste, it's a bit herbal and minty, so I would suggest mixing it with juice if your kid refuses it. Quite honestly, you should just use it when your kid is getting sick and stick to a good vitamin for daily use. This is an excellent product for kids and the adult version is equally good. It's a household staple for me and hight recommend it.
