(More customer reviews)I've used this on and off for many years as the need arose for symptomatic relief of upper GI problems related to nausea or reflux. It does say to take with food, and I recommend doing so to avoid an odd "full" sort of feeling. Other than that, I have never experienced a side effect. It usually starts to work within twenty minutes.
