(More customer reviews)I read a lot about different products and what they are good for or at least what the claims are. I really like this product so far. I'm a bigger guy at 6'3 235lbs and have always struggled to get lean. I'm not big on the NO's or NANO type products, I don't like they way they make me feel when I stop using them. This product and ones similar to it, seem to be effective at reducing fat for me. It's great for the price and doesn't have any side effects, except getting lean. Take it the way it tells you and give it a couple weeks. All in all, if you don't like it you only are out 15 bucks. To me, that's a small price compared to high prices supplements that don't do anything. It's all how your body reacts...
