(More customer reviews)I'm often in a rush, like so many of us these days, and simply forget to give myself time to eat breakfast. Being aware that lighting the metabolism fire as early as possible allows for more burned calories throughout the day, I needed a way to get breakfast done quickly. I'm not a fan of eating early, so decided a protein shake would work as the slow release energy would tide me over until lunch, where I could eat a decent portion of healthy food.
I currently have been using Banana Creme Muscle Milk Light for a month and combined with a light exercise regime (stationary cycle, kayak and weights) and 2 other healthy meals a day, being sure to not cross my threshold of 2000 calories a day, I have lost over 10 pounds this month. I purchased an Omron Full Body Sensor Body Fat and Body Composition Monitor to be sure it is not just water weight I am losing and I also make sure to drink at least 64oz of water a day.
Weight loss has never been this easy and I'm not using any gimmicks or "as seen on TV" products to achieve it. I do take a Centrum Performance pill every morning as well, to make up for any potential loss of nutrients and vitamins.
So for me Muscle Milk Light is a great addition to my daily diet, as it helps me feel full for the morning and kick-starts my fire in the morning. I have more energy throughout the day because of it too.

The only con is maybe the taste. Some days I enjoy it if I mix it right, but if I am wrong with the mixing it can taste a bit weird. Mainly that's my fault though, not the product. When the mix/dose is done per the packaging, it tastes...enjoyable, but not great. Having said that, it doesn't taste powdery like other protein shakes can.
