The pills are very large, so I usually only take one (instead of the three suggested). I don't take them every day because they're so big, but I take them when I know I've been exposed to something or if I feel I'm fighting it off. As with everything, be sure to check with your doctor about drug interactions!
This is truly the best thing I've found, and I have tried Vitamin C, Echinacea, garlic, Airborne, etc. All of those are helpful, but these are even better!!!
