(More customer reviews)The vitamin potency is generally good and plenty of minerals. The antioxidant blend and Saw Palmetto are a plus. This made me feel a little too energetic. When I took the recommended four daily, I didn't sleep well, probably due to the very high B-12 content - 800 mcg or 13,333% of the daily value and the Panax Ginseng. The 15 mg of Ginseng is standardized for 7% ginsenosides.
