(More customer reviews)I have been using the antioxidant Grapenol for the last eight years. My doctor back then recommended Solaray and I have kept with this brand.
Grapenol is purported to enhance the effectiveness of vitamins C and E. So, I take one 100mg capsule of Grapenol twice weekly.
Grapenol is high in Proanthocyanidins, a natural bioflavonoid found in many herbs, fruits and vegetables. Proanthocyanidins have strong antioxidant properties, and function in supporting the body's connective tissues and capillary blood vessel system. There is no way of me knowing how much good these supplements actually do ... Just to be sure, I have my servings of fruits and vegetables every day!
(I also take 100 mcg of Selenium as an added antioxidant, every day).
All's well so far :)
