(More customer reviews)Chaga is a very good mushroom, it seems to aid in the healing of many ills, however, this extract doesn't seem as potent as the North American Herbs and Spice extract. Granted, that product is significantly more expensive. I prefer to use this Chaga extract as an additive in my bath water rather than swallowing it or applying it topically like the higher grade extracts.
