(More customer reviews)We use this at the first sign of a sniffle. It definitely shortens the duration of cold and flu bugs and lessens the severity of the symptoms. I have a son that his colds always drop into his chest and cause wheezing if untreated (like when we run out) and this doesn't occur when he uses this. I don't follow Clark's rule as the company recommends but just divide the adult dose into half. If you are new to herbals, please follow the Clark's rule to prevent overdosing. Go the the Herb Pharm website or google Clark's rule to understand this.
