(More customer reviews)Many vitamin and mineral supplements require that you take them a long time to see effects. This was not the case with this Vitamin. Those who take vitamins know that the excess is excreted from the body and there are signs that this is happening. Within a few days my body gave me those signs. I am taking a variety of supplements right now, but I would venture to say that this one works well and is easily assimilated in the body.
