I have been having trouble with sleep for about 8 months now and using over the counter medication. I finally gave up and showed up at the dr's door to get medication that worked. My doctor simply advised me to try this product and see what the outcome would be. Well...it works.
Simple....this is a 3mg immediate release tablet. I take one around 10pm - since I like to sleep by 10:30 or so. I can assure you that my eyes are fighting to stay open by 10:15-10:20. Melatonin works!!!
It is a natural suppliment which has no side effects. Give it a shot...you may save yourself and your body a lot of extra pain in the future.
