(More customer reviews)Annatto tocotrienols have the best efficacy, because they're highest in delta & gamma tocotrienols. Lots of clinical research indicates they are good for the heart (they lower LDL cholesterol) & they're anti-carcinogenic (they destroy the blood supply to malignant tumors). While I don't feel noticeably different when taking them, I'm relying of the clinical research.
