(More customer reviews)I've been taking this multivitamin for several months. While I can't report anything scientific about vitamin uptake (neither can anyone else without a seriously-controlled study), I can report that I'm no worse off. My iron levels remain high when tested, despite the fact that I eat no meat. I don't appear to have issues associated with vitamin B deficiencies, so I would assume that at least some of the vitamins here are making it into my system. I can also report no ill-effects that might come from an unsanitary facility or poor quality control.
Consumer reviews of vitamins don't really have any more value than testimonials about anything else. They're not likely to know how well this vitamin performs until they autopsy me, and I'm not eager for that particular test. In any case, this vitamin appears no worse than any other multivitamin. Many veggie vitamins require you to take a handful of capsules. This requires only one. That's a win.
