(More customer reviews)I used to use Bob's Redmill Coconut flour almost exclusively till its availability suddenly dried up, and that was after trying out a variety of other vendors who's flour would perform poorly. I'm glad the supply of Bob's went dry because it forced me to try another vendor, and Tropical Traditions flour is without a doubt, a premium grade. It arrived swiftly and in double sealed bags to insure its freshness, which was a pleasant surprise, and stores just fine in a variety of mediums if your use of it requires a slower use. It is of fine, even texture, has that wonderful smell to it, and though I don't use the flour for all its broad applications as most do, the quality of this flour is such that I will order from Tropical Traditions exclusively now and without a shred of hesitation. Low cost, high quality makes this a no brainer for me.
