Ancient mechanisms like mine begin to exfoliate
and to leak
fluids
rusty scales
gases
Vegetarians such as myself, taking in whole fruits, grains, and high fiber foods like beans and Country Choice Organic Irish Steel Cut Oats, 30-Ounce Canister (Pack of 6), well, we just need to stay outdoors,
all alone.
Every night, as I lay in bed, I thank God I am alone.
I believed there may be no relief.
Until now.
I had always heard of this, for decades, but never took it seriously.
Until now.
In my job I am in constant human contact.
Poor humans.
From seven thirty in the morning until three thirty in the afternoon
constant contact,
and then until all hours of the night at this public internet shop.
How, and where, to, you know, at long last,
rip one loose?
only in bed, alone.
Thank God.
free at last.
but now there is hope.
real hope.
Okay, the first day I tried it, right, I took three RIGHT BEFORE EATING, my lentils.
and yeah, it worked . . .
no big bloating over night, no pressure, no nothing.
of course in the morning I threw down my usual bowl of oats, without ingesting the Beano right before.

and so, I kept cowering in a corner at work at regular intervals

Like, this stuff is really mellowing out the roiling, boiling furnace within.
Seriously, folks, I gotto tell you . . .
for years I have suffered from this anti-social affliction
from stomach cramps
and now I find peace
thanks to Beano.
Maybe you know, I'll start, well, you know, to make some friends, without all of the shame,
without, well, you know, clamming up . . .
Or maybe I should just stick to the guacamole and Mori-Nu Organic Silken Tofu, 24 pack and hope that stuff is mellow enough not to create sparks
and hurricanes . . .

and now
I CAN have it all!
My only wonder is this.
Vegetarian, right?
this stuff has cod and other even stranger fish species in it, according to the label.
is that kosher?
