(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for quite sometime now. It's a great way to get a portion of our daily fiber intake. I normally grind it up along with some flax seed in the morning, but have eaten the seeds whole too. Great taste I think and would recommend anyone try this as well. I was unaware I could purchase Swanson products at Amazon. I believe Swanson has some of the best products and prices available in the market today.
