I've been taking 2-3 zyflamends a day and in less than one week, the pain was gone. These pills also help my mother with her arthritis that she was previously taking Aleve for. They greatly help with my husband's back pain. I can't recommend these enough. Just take with your meals to make sure no upset stomach occurs. By the way, I'm quite tiny and easily get upset stomachs from medications. As long as I take these with food, I'm fine.
