(More customer reviews)My right ear used to hear almost nothing. Taking this just a few times, put in my ear and held in with a wetted cotton ball, and my hearing is partly back. I leave it in over night or during the day for 1 to 4 hours. Not perfect but helps significantly. This is also sold under the name Ear & Nerve formula. I like the alcohol based one since it won't get bacteria like glycerin based formulas can get.
