(More customer reviews)You can see for yourself that the nutrient profile on this stuff is great. The only real concern is going to be the taste. I have had all three flavors before and these are my thoughts: Chocolate Monster is great, one of my favorite protein flavors ever; Vanilla is good, better than ON for sure; Cookie Madness, however, is a bit weird tasting, it isn't bad, but there is a sort of weird aftertaste that overwhelms the good flavor. All in all, you can't go wrong with MIB, but if you are thinking of trying Cookie Madness, you might want to try a smaller tub.

Bullet Proof Review

I recommend gettin the 8 hours especially with this stuff cause you wont be wakin up in the middle of the night. I feel totally rested and ready to go the next day and jump right outta bed. Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy Review

(More customer reviews)I tried this product for 2 months now, and although I am extremely satisfied with the taste and amount of ingredients it has per serving, I am giving it 4 stars because it lacks the power I was looking for in a pre-workout drink.
- Taste -
Delicious! I will state though that the grape flavor is not my favorite, but the fruit fusion is by far extremely delicious when I drink it with ice water.
- Value -
Not bad, considering you are paying less than $1 per serving (beats getting a nasty sugar loaded energy drink)
- Benefits -
Depending on what you're into, this might or might not be the product for you. When I was training for a half marathon, this worked wonders for me, it provided me with the right amount of energy to prevent fatigue and did not dehydrate me at all. I would drink this 20 minutes before my workout and off I went. My wife really enjoyed the taste as well, and she like the fact that it did not give her any jitters or made her all shaky as other products I tried before. The supplements you get with this product are pretty good for recovery as well, since I was recovering rather well from long runs.
Although I never took this product too late in the afternoon, I never had any issues trying to sleep at night. I have come across some products that kept me up all night and it was more like a inconvenient side effect that superseded the benefits of the supplement.
- Cons -
I will be honest and say that although I did enjoy taking this supplement, the only bad thing I can say it that it does not carry the overall punch I was looking for in a pre-workout drink when I would do power lifting. If you're looking for a pre-workout drink that will take you over the edge and make you have an insane workout, this is not the product for you.
I do recommend this product for those looking for a little extra for your workouts and don't need excessive amounts of energy, specially since this are all amino acids and they are quickly absorbed by your muscles during workout and they don't do any known harm to your body. If you need something for you yoga, pilates, zumba, cardio, biking, or any such classes, this will be the product for you. But if you're a bodybuilder and need something with a punch to get through that insane workout, this is not for you.

After doing some research i found this one to have all the necessary ingredients, and a good amount of stimulants. I used to drink a redbull or 5 hour energy before a show or practice, but now im forever sold on this product. It gives you the same feeling but more focus and lasts longer. Im sure it would be great for working out or whatever you want. Its bascially a great alternative to energy drinks because it has 0 sugar and basically nothing bad for you. Unlike red bull or monster. Its much cheaper than 5 hour energy and is virtually the same exact thing.
I was a little worried about the taste, but determined to drink it regardless. It turns out it actually tastes great!! At least the tropical storm flavor. Its just fruit punch kool aid with a little bit of tangy-ness. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. It saved me over 125$

Muscle Pharm Assault Review

(More customer reviews)This is my only experience with a pre-workout stimulant/supplement, but it has been an amazing one. Assault will definitely be a regular part of my workout supplementation.
Taste: I have only tried the Raspberry Lemonade so far. I have Blue Arctic waiting, but that doesn't exactly help here. The Raspberry Lemonade doesn't taste exactly like raspberry lemonade, but it is fruity and not at all offensive like many workout supplements I have tried (ie, protein powders!). It's sort of like what I would expect raspberry lemonade flavored gum to taste like, if that makes sense.
The Rush: The bottle says to take it 20-30 minutes before you work out. Right on schedule, I feel a slight tingling in my face at about 25 minutes, so I know it's time to go. That tingling is a little weird, but it goes away after a minute or two. I can best compare the energy to what 5 Hour Energy does, but with a little higher level of a sustained rush (for closer to two hours rather than five). Even if I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, I have an amazing level of energy throughout my workout. I don't necessarily feel physically stronger, but I don't fatigue much at all. I do P90X, and Assault really stands out in the second half of the workouts when I would otherwise be starting to slow down.
Contents: My understanding is that this product contains 150mg of caffeine per half-scoop, which is the recommended serving for anyone who is not "extreme." I don't know why anyone would need more than a half of a scoop considering the energy I feel with that amount. This product also contains creatine, so you don't necessarily need to buy a separate creatine supplement either, especially if your post-workout protein has a little bit in it too.
Servings: 40 servings per bottle if you use half-scoops, the recommended serving size. You are only supposed to take it on days you work out, so it will last quite a while.
Overall, I think if you are considering trying some pre-workout supplements, start here. You won't have to shop around for other brands.

I LOVE this product, it gets me going, provides me all sorts of energy, and keeps me going for the long haul. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars for one reason.....it tastes HORRIBLE. The first time I drank this I choked on it, I was not expecting fruit punch to taste so horrible. If you can get by the taste, it works great. One way I get past it is mixing in a flavored WHEY protein powder....this softens the bad taste.
Try it, you will not be disapointed.....but be ready for a really, really bad taste. Once you get past the taste, it works great! I will continue to use it! Check out the post combat too, it works well(but the taste is still bad).

I did notice nearing close the cycle my body began getting use to it and it wasnt as effective as in the beginning, so I was strongly recommend to cycle off and break away for 6 months before starting back. The powder tasted great! I have tried the watermelon and fruit punch. A++ taste. I weigh 155 and only took half a serving which was plenty for me. Full of energy.

I sleep very well every night ( 5 nights on 2 nights off as prescribed) Within the first week, I totally felt the difference - took a few days to kick in (approximately 3 days) then my body soaked it up - incredible sleep, incredible dreams (and I rarely remember my dreams) Very deep sleep and feel totally relaxed and recovered upon awakening.
Give it a week or so to kick in and you'll never train without it. ( I wont that's for sure)
as for taste I love orange raspberry but to mix it up I ordered grape a week ago. I'll leave a review once I get my bottle.
