(More customer reviews)I took this product a couple of months while working out. Mesomorph have gave me a burst of energy without the crash. I did notice nearing close the cycle my body began getting use to it and it wasnt as effective as in the beginning, so I was strongly recommend to cycle off and break away for 6 months before starting back. The powder tasted great! I have tried the watermelon and fruit punch. A++ taste. I weigh 155 and only took half a serving which was plenty for me. Full of energy.
