addition of methionine to their diet, (they have 1 tablet mixed in with raw food, twice a day),
has allowed them to come off of the prescription diet foods that were literally killing them.
It also played a significant role in saving the life of a third who had contracted toxoplasmosis.
(all three are rescue animals).

(More customer reviews)I've been taking Choline/Inositol supplements for quite a while and was pleasantly surprised by the price here. I bought the three pack on subscribe and save which get's it down to about $5 a bottle. At the health food store it was a bargain at $12/bottle.
I use this with Piracetam Powder by SNS (500g) Serious Nutrition Solutions to get me going in the morning.

(More customer reviews)I've never had a problem with Swanson's, which is why I usually buy their brand. I do have to say, though, that these capsules are unusually large, so if size is problem (for instance, if you have swallowing issues) think twice about these.

I'm a 26 yo male in grad school and was diagnosed with stress-induced insomnia in the winter (thank you, thesis / research!). As a result of my serious lack of sleep and stress, had problems with hair shedding and dermatitis. I started taking this choline / inositol combo in addition to biotin religiously. Can't say whether it's due to the C&I or biotin (or both for that matter), but my hair has been restored and my dermatitis flareups have been less frequent. Long story short, I feel there _is_ benefit in taking this supplement and will continue buying the Twinlab brand.
