I'm a 26 yo male in grad school and was diagnosed with stress-induced insomnia in the winter (thank you, thesis / research!). As a result of my serious lack of sleep and stress, had problems with hair shedding and dermatitis. I started taking this choline / inositol combo in addition to biotin religiously. Can't say whether it's due to the C&I or biotin (or both for that matter), but my hair has been restored and my dermatitis flareups have been less frequent. Long story short, I feel there _is_ benefit in taking this supplement and will continue buying the Twinlab brand.
