(More customer reviews)After extensive research between several high-end natural brands, with minimal chemicals, and comparing the ratios of ingredients, as well as the super nutrients, this is the one vitamin I have been taking now for several years. I wanted to take only one a day. I can take it in the AM or afternoon, on an empty or full stomach, and never experience an ounce of nausea. I have taken it easily while fasting as well. I think you need to research your body needs, your nutrition gaps and compare against the ingredients and daily dosage that this provides. Buying in Whole foods will cost about 25-35% more than buying anywhere online. I used to buy this off Nutrition Express.com but just decided to order from Amazon as it will save me $2! :)

(More customer reviews)This is a whole foods multivitamin, which means you are getting all your vitamins in natural digestible forms. No laboratory made vitamins here! This will be readily noticeable after the first time taking this supplement when you go to the bathroom. Generic vitamins that are not whole food based will have much much higher concentrations of vitamins and most will not be as easily absorbed into the body. Try comparing the labels!!!
Just one of these a day is a much better kick in the pants than caffeine or any other drugs. You should notice a change in your energy levels almost immediately.
This is my goto multi, definitely worth a try, just make sure you shop around for a good price. These are very expensive at most brick and mortar stores.

they are food based and cover all of your needs. I still take a folic acid and DHA supplement separately - but not sure it is required.
They have not made me sick - when trying a few different vitamins in my first pregnancy, a few made me sick.
I do not take on an empty stomach, so cannot recommend if that would cause sickness or not? Great vitamin and great price!
