(More customer reviews)My doctor suggested Livon's Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C and GSH. My understanding is that the water soluble vitamins are encapsulated in fat soluble phospholipids so the vitamins get delivered to the liver instead of being lost in digestion. What I do know is that I have a lot more energy when I take these. I mix them with some grape juice each morning about 15 minutes before eating breakfast. The first week, I had to nap in the afternoons - I was worn out from working harder each morning as I have a chronic illness, Lyme disease. I've been taking them for two weeks now, and find my energy level stays high for about 6 or 7 hours after taking these. They are not inexpensive, but considering that I am more able to work consistently with them, the investment is worth it.

I squeeze the contents into my mouth while holding my breath; I have a glass of water ready to "shoot" the foul tasting stuff down the hatch, as quickly as possible, and follow with a flavored liquid. If the results weren't so exceptional, It wouldn't be worth it, but the results are so exceptional that I would never stop using this product. After three boxes of GSH use, I have increased vitality and even more energy than I used to have.

Dr. Linus Pauling Super Multi Vitamin -- 120 Caplets Review

(More customer reviews)I would carefully compare prices and formulas for this multivitamin. Looks like sheer effronty and exploitation of the great man's name.
I can't imagine Linus Paulng recommending a multivitamin with only ~21 mg vitamin C per tablet when there are a number of high potency multis now with over 200 mg vitamin C per tablet. LP himself used 3000 mg, 6000 mg, 12,000mg and 18,000 mg per day with advanced age and experience. This formula is lower strength per tablet for most nutrients than in even many cheap but comprehensive multis.
Although I might agree with a 3x per day format, I would carefully consider stronger potency multis, especially in or above middle age. RDAs are concentration camp rations.
