(More customer reviews)The Good is no side effects, no after taste and the hope it is doing what it says it is doing. The bad is not knowing if it is doing what it says it is supposed to do.
I've been taking 6 pills a day for about 10 days now and can't honestly see much difference yet. I've read lots of good things about Sun Chlorella and can say I do believe in it but am hoping for better noticeable results pretty soon. I can say ther pills are very small and go down very smooth with NO after taste at all. That was a concern of mine with trying a new product.
Also make sure and get the 500mg version as you are requested to take 6 pills a day VS if you get the 200mg ones, you are requested to take 12 I think and I'm not a big pill taker so 6 is plenty. You can take them throughout the day (3 at lunch and 3 at dinner) or all at once (all 6 at lunch or all 6 at dinner). I've been trying a little of both to see if I notice and differences but so far haven't noticed anything real. I am not giving up on them yet and might get another 30 day supply aven to keep it up for now. This is mostly because I do believe in them somewhat and there are NO ill side effects from tking them.
