Goldenseal, and Myrrh, and Echinecea are together the most powerful healing herbs, but ONLY IF THEY are taken as hole herbs, no homeo, no mixtures with synthetics. As well, HERBS for healing must be respected and taken according to the directions no differently than any chemical drug. "Let's get real." Back to Eden by Jehtro Kloss has been our family practitioner for years. Verify by the Hosptial and treat according to Back to Eden. Goldenseal herb is a God Send truely. It has brought our family through quickly with, Bronchitis, Pnemonia (spelling), and bladder infection, on rare occasion Flu. There are other treatments of hydrotherapy that go with this especially for these main illnesses. Just can't say enough positive about it. But respect them. Obey the label. Even asprin is based on a herb. My dentist has these in my records for healing. After tooth extraction, these I used for healing and catnip and white willow bark for pain. (Yes of course I was knumbed for the extraction) can't get around that!
