They work so naturally and wonderfully, you don't even notice anything is happening. The pills themselves are almost flat, very easy to swallow, and if bitten, just taste woody/earthy. There are no cramps, no watery explosions, just natural movements with soft stools. Even if taken regularly, they still work; no habit forms. I recommend these to anyone looking for a periodic cleanse, or people with regular movement or fiber problems.
