Taken at the first sign of sore throat, stuffy head, or that achy feeling you get just before you get sick & it knocks it right out. When my daughter got the Swine flu she used this instead of Tamaflu (who's side effects mimick the flu itself). Within 24 hours her only symptom was a bad headache.
