I specifically bought it because of the information it contained about depression, and I found a treasure trove of ways to help ease my symptoms! I found information about vitamins, herbs, and natural products to take to help keep the balance in my life. My coworkers have already seen a difference in the way I act. I *feel* so much better. I am able to handle stress better because of the supplements I am now taking- it keeps my body from having a "fight-or-flight" response. It is very practical, easy to read and follow.
I highly recommend it!
