(More customer reviews)Aside from having the beneficial daily supplements and folic acid, the Guaifenesin in the vitamin really does its job. Being able to track your cervical mucous is the best way to know when your highest chance of conceiving is. When you have more cervical mucous, the sperm stay healthier until they reach the egg. Another benefit to having more cervical mucous is you can really track your fertility. It was a little shocking to me to see so much CM, but it really helps!
I will say, the vitamin has a bit of a bad aftertaste, but it goes away shortly and doesn't stick with you for a long time like some vitamins. :)
I would strongly recommend this product to anyone trying to conceive, especially in conjunction with tracking your fertility!
