(More customer reviews)I'm pregnant now and have been taking fish oil supplements for about a month now. I picked these pills because they come from smaller, low-mercury fish. The pills themselves are small, and you only need to take one a day, which is great. They are kind of round (instead of oval), and I have a little bit of trouble swallowing them (harder than my pre-natal vitamin), but they are not too bad. I just ordered another supply.
