(More customer reviews)I'm one of those who has difficulty swallowing pills. About the only thing I can swallow whole is a Sudafed or Tylenol Gel caps. I've always wanted to take something like Centrum but those pills are like horse pills to me which is why when I saw these on my pharmacy's shelves, I grabbed them.
I was very disappointed to find (after already taking quite a few) that they contained Aspartame. I was shocked that a company like Centrum, who's reputation about being health conscious and only using things that are good for your body, would use such an ingredient.
I admit that scientists have said that at normal consumption levels, Aspartame has not been shown to be harmful however I don't think I want to take chances with an additive like that. While others may be fine consuming Aspartame, I was not and thought I should warn others that this product contains it (since it does not mention it anywhere on this site.)
