(More customer reviews)I drink this oil in my morning protein shake every morning, and use it for as much cooking as I can. It fries and sautees extremely well; popcorn made with coconut oil is delicious!
It retains very little coconut flavor, which is good for traditional cooking. Its texture is good when solid, and when liquid it's a very faint amber color with a slight coconut scent.
It seems to keep well; I've had a 5-gallon container that I use one gallon at a time, and it's kept well for six months so far.
This is probably the best value in terms of price and taste.
