From the item description I didn't realize that the product is actually gelcaps and not tablets or powder in capsules like other cranberry supplements I've tried. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I heard about taking cranberry from a urologist who recommends it for all his patients. The cranberry is said to stop bacteria from sticking to the wall of the bladder, so is helpful in maintaining urinary health.
