It has improved mine significantly- gotten rid of sensitivity and helped shrink brown spots where enamel was disappearing (very scary). Also, vitamin K2 (in conjunction with calcium and D3) is essential for anyone wishing to strengthen bones and teeth... The whitening version of this tooth powder whitened my teeth dramatically. I was contemplating getting my teeth whitened professionally but I'm very happy I didn't- this was all that was needed. It was like getting a new set teeth.
As far as taste, I had no problem with it. First, I don't actually enjoy the taste of conventional toothpastes. Second, taste isn't the primary reason I'm putting this in my mouth and brushing my teeth. Cinnamon is probably my favorite flavor. LemonLime is pretty intense.
Overall, excellent product that does what it claims. Very, very thankful for it.
