(More customer reviews)I was having almost constant urinary tract problems and I was sick of going to the doctor and getting an antibiotic that just gave me other problems. I saw a commericial for this on tv and decided to give it a try, and it really works. I normally take a tablespoonful once a day or every other day and if I start to feel symptoms of a UTI I will take two. I have been taking this for a couple months now and haven't had a single UTI. I also will take it before and/or after sex just to make sure that I don't get one. I wish they sold bigger bottles of this, though, because 1 tablespoon a day will only last 15 days. I recommend this to anyone with frequent UTIs.
