(More customer reviews)The doctor said the diuretics I am taking for my blood pressure are flushing the potassium out of my system. He told me to eat more bananas. I think I need a different doctor, but that is another story. I started taking these supplements and at the next blood test, my potassium is right where it should be. Good price, easy to swallow and now part of my daily pill set. Now I can have bananas when I want, not as a necessity for life.
