(More customer reviews)this really is a great product if you take it regularly. I am a busy mom of a 2 and 4 year old, so I can only workout a few days a week. I notice if I have been taking the CLA I get much better results from my workouts over time. I am also very sensitive to any stimulants, and this doesn't give me any of those feelings.
