(More customer reviews)I have recently started taking it for energy and it is really making a difference. I take it twice a day and felt the effects immediately. I do not drink coffee so I need all the help I can get. I'd imagine my success with this product, kombucha, and blue green algae as well, is helped by the fact that i do not drink coffee and my system is very clean and detoxed in general. But give it a try. Excellent product!
