(More customer reviews)I was recently told about Melatonin 5-HTP to help me with sleep. I wasn't hopeful but tried some anyway and I was very plesantly surprised when it worked. There was no problem waking up, no drugged-out feeling and if my sleep was interupted for any reason I never felt confused nor had any trouble with speech. I only take it when I need to so I don't know how it would perform on a nightly basis, but for once or twice a week it has been very reliable for me.
