(More customer reviews)Because Amazon had a glitch the day I ordered the Maitake, I went directly to All Star Health's website and got the same price and same shipping cost. It took two days for the mushroom caps to go cross-country (from CA to VA). If I had ordered thru Amazon, it would have probably taken a week. As for the mushroom caps, I purchased them to boost my immune system given the H1N1 pandemic. As a pharmacist, I know first hand these capsules work, both from personal experience and personal observation. For maxiumum effect, the dose should actually be based on body weight. I've experienced no side effects.
