When I took this product for the first time, I had been sick for months, I had a very bad sinus infection. Well when I took the recommended dose which is 3 tablets twice daily, I got 100% better overnight! I havn't been sick ever since and its been months. This product is so amazing because I notice more benefits from it than a multivitamin. I actually stopped taking multivitamins and this is the healthiest I've ever been. The swanson chlorella brand is also very good quality and for a really good price, so I recommend ot to anyone looking to improve their health.
The only con about this product is that its hard to swallow the tablets without water untill you get use to them.
