I took two capsules twice a day for ten days then two capsules once a day. I did not notice any gradual improvement but one day, about two weeks into it, I got out of bed and I could stand up without grabbing the wall. One knee is arthritic, the second one injured. They have been nearly pain-free for over a month now. As a bonus, my shoulder with the damaged rotator cuff also stopped hurting! I love this stuff!
