I compared these to many other when I was searching for a prenatal vitamin and really liked what I saw. They are more balanced than others and I feel you really get your money's worth. I was a little anemic and I took these according to the directions and then Flordix Herbal Iron Supp (sometimes the liquid and sometimes the tablets) to help boost me up. Solagr makes tops quality product and I would recommend them again and again!
