In the first two months of taking these supplements along with eating lots of salmon, drinking lots of water and taking some other vitamins, my hair started to grow A LOT and very quickly. I'm sure it was the combination of things I was doing but I feel very strongly that these supplements certainly helped which is why I purchased them again. I didn't measure my hair growth but it has been quite substantial for a two month period and my family and friends have all noticed.
