(More customer reviews)I am a massage therapist and have enthusiastically used this product for the past 2 years (Very Emollient Body Lotion, Original Unscented, by Alba). It feels clean & pure. It's unscented, animal friendly, works beautifully for massage, and has never caused an allergic reaction for my clients. I recently ordered 2 gallons and though the purchase and delivery process went perfectly, the actual product was very disappointing. It just smells weird. It's not exactly that it smells rancid, but it's VERY different than usual. I am going to try to return this product but shipping is going to cost a bundle and I am not optimistic that if I order replacements the new product will be any better. What a bummer!
