They not only are vegan, but they are DELICIOUS!!! This one is my favorite out of the vegan bar options by bora bora. The taste is just so perfect, none of the flavors overpower each other, everything melds together just right. There are just the right amount of ingredients in each bar. Sometimes you get a bar that has way way to much of one ingredient but these bars are nothing like that. Here are the ingrdients:
Ingredients: Organic rolled oats, organic raisins, organic agave nectar, organic peanuts, organic brown rice syrup, organic apples, organic almonds, organic whole grain crisp rice, organic sunflower oil (organic sunflower oil, natural tocopherol, organic rosemary extract), FR01.There is 170 calories in this bar, 5 grams of fat, 4 grams of protien.
