(More customer reviews)I bought this because I'm a 44 yr. old woman with acne. Several of the ingredients here help with that. This product does not give me a sore stomach which usually occurs when I take calcium in tablet form. (I've tried a couple different ones, including Citrical and had the same problem.) I'm not sure if it's because the calcium here is powdered, or the boron, which has been shown to cause a 45% increase in calcium absorption.
