They really do give you that extra uummpphh if you consistently take them every day. After using them for a month, I also ordered my husband and a co-worker a bottle to try and they're sold too! I get rid of that sluggish feeling after about an hour of dissolving JUST 1 of these under my tongue while I shower every morning. It's better than going to a doctor once a month to get a B-12 shot and it's cheaper too!! No real taste (slightly sweet is all), and they dissolve in no time flat! How easy is that??!
