(More customer reviews)I picked-up Spring Valley Resveratrol 80 capsules (Vit C 60 mg, Red Wine Complex 300 mg) from WalMart after reading online that it has same properties as drinking red-wine which boosts HDL and is good for overall health, since I don't want to drink wine to get this benefit.
Anyway, I took one capsule daily for about 2.5 months and I had my blood work done after that and to my surprise my HDL was 50, it was never close to 50 previously. It was always aroung 39-40. And I am pretty sure my life-style and food intake during those 3 months have been very normal, neither I consumed excessive cholestrol foods nor I avioded them completely. I think this product works.
I would say try any product of Resveratrol. Don't go by the bogus sites that claim only some brands are good. Those sites I am sure are funded by those brands.
